AABC provides guaranteed assurance that your project will be completed in accordance with AABC National Standards and the project specifications. If the work is not performed as stated, AABC will provide supervisory personnel to help complete the project and ensure the work is done properly.  (The Guaranty is not in effect where it can be shown that proper balancing could not be achieved due to equipment malfunction or improper design.)

Any complaint about the performance of an AABC member must be submitted in writing to AABC National Headquarters. Upon receipt of the complaint, AABC will notify the agency in question and request a written response within 14 days. Additionally, the matter will be assigned to a Zone Vice-President, who will conduct a full investigation and determine a satisfactory resolution.

The ultimate goal of AABC is to resolve the situation to the satisfaction of all parties involved and provide the owner with a system that operates in accordance with design intent.
