This ensures accurate and unbiased reporting.   Trained & Experienced Personnel Only the best test and balance companies become AABC certified. Each company employs at least one Test and Balance Engineer (TBE)--the most stringent and respected certification in the industry. All technicians are certified by AABC after four years of test and balance training and passing a rigorous examination.   National Performance Guaranty All work performed by AABC members is guaranteed by the association. If an AABC Agency fails to comply with the specifications AABC will invesigate and, if warranted, will provide supervisory personnel to assist the member agency. This supervision will be provided at no additional cost to the customer. The Guaranty may only be invoked by the building owner, architect or engineer of record.   Quality Assurance Program AABC member performance is monitored via performance evaluations submitted by customers upon completion of a project.
