2023 AABC Annual Meeting Activities
AABC Annual Golf Tournament
The Western Kierland Golf Club is the host for the 2023 AABC Annual Golf Tournament on Wednesday, October 11th.
Teams tee off at 8:30 am.
Golf club ($79) and golf shoe ($15) rental is available; amounts are limited and on a first-come, first-served basis; fees associated with rentals are the responsibility of the individual players.
As one of the leading golf courses in Arizona, the Westin Kierland Golf Club offers the Acacia, Ironwood and Mesquite courses featuring multiple tees, generous fairways and greens set against unparalleled scenery. Welcome Reception

Renew old acquaintances and make new ones at the annual welcome reception. Enjoy hors d’oeuvres, drinks, and great conversation.
Ready, Set, Play! Off-Site Event
*$95 adult, $35 child – transportation provided

- Mavrix
- 6:30 pm – 9:30 pm
Join us for an evening of fun, food, and fellowship. Mavrix is Scottsdale’s premier entertainment destination featuring 22 bowling lanes, 85 arcade games, state of the art laser tag arena, billiards tables, lawn games, a curated menu, craft beers and custom cocktails. Something fun for all members of the family. Transportation will depart from the Westin Kierland at 6:00pm and return at 10:00 pm.
Annual Closing Celebration

Starting with a cocktail reception, followed by dinner and live music, members are encouraged to enjoy the last activity of the meeting.

Start your day with energy and tranquility as you join an invigorating morning yoga class, designed to stretch and strengthen your body while calming your mind.
Mixology Class: The Holiday Edition, $85
10:00 am – 11:30 am
October ushers in the holiday season, so get ready to be the “host with the most” and join our holiday edition mixology class. Led by the holiday spirit with a special edition mixology class, where you’ll learn to craft 3 festive cocktails that are sure to impress your family, friends, and guests. Children are welcome as all libations can be crafted without spirits.

Embark on a journey of self-awareness and inner calm as an meditation specialist guides you into the art of mindfulness.
Dance Groove: Hip-Hop & Funk Dance Class, $50
10:00 am – 11:30 am
Get ready to move and groove with an award-winning instructor from Dance Fusion Scottsdale who will teach participants funk infused dance moves over soulful tunes. This class is sure to get you ready for the evening Closing Celebration. Children are welcome.
