Abstract:

Project managers can streamline the TAB process by the implementation of critical decision making and effective communication skills. By prioritizing training of professional communication and a systematic thinking approach, technicians can be more effective. In combination with proper documentation, projects can remain on track and on budget. As TAB professionals, we have a more comprehensive understanding of contractor coordination and the collaboration required to properly complete the TAB process. Simple habits and standard operating procedures can be implemented to help the construction team members stay on track and prioritize tasks appropriately.
